Sharp cheddar cheese lovers everwhere rejoice!
Ingredients
1 pkg (250 g) MacLaren's IMPERIAL Sharp Cold Pack Cheddar Cheese, softened
1 pkg (250g) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp (30 mL) port wine
1 tsp (5 mL) each: freshly grated black pepper & dry mustard
1/4 cup (50 mL) toasted pecans
Directions
COMBINE cold pack cheese, cream cheese, wine, pepper and dry mustard; place in a ceramic dish. Garnish with toasted pecans.
CHILL 2 to 3 hours to blend flavours. Serve at room temperature.
