• 10 dried Shiitake mushrooms
• 3 tablespoons soy sauce
• 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
• 2 tablespoons sugar
• 1/2 cup chile infused golden sherry
• 5 chiles -- finely chopped
Soak the dried Shitake mushrooms in hot water for 10 minutes.
Drain. Remove and discard the stems.
Cut mushrooms into stripes.
In small saucepan mix the ingredients for the sauce.
Add several of the finely chopped, sherry infused chilies.
Add the mushrooms and saute until the sauce thickens. Enjoy the heat!
